Olive oil
Cumin, fennel and sesame seeds OR za'atar
Salt and pepper to taste
Balsamic vinegar
Extra: perfect to add to a lentil salad with perserved lemon, sundried tomato, capers, olive oil, pickled red onion, fresh parsley and basil and sunflower seeds
